How it works

Every StuVisa service — from the D4 visa to housing to family reunification — follows the same three-milestone rhythm, so you always know where your case stands.

  1. Step 01

    Choose your service

    Pick a single service (D4 visa, bank, housing…) or the full arrival package. Every service is priced up front — no surprises, split into three milestones.

  2. Step 02

    Check out securely

    Create your account, accept the terms, and pay the Milestone 1 fee. Your case is opened immediately and assigned to a case handler.

  3. Step 03

    Upload your documents

    From your dashboard, upload the checklist items one by one. We review each document, request corrections when needed, and confirm what's still missing.

  4. Step 04

    We prepare and file

    Once your file is complete and Milestone 2 is paid, we submit to the consulate, bank, landlord or translator on your behalf and keep you posted at every step.

  5. Step 05

    Approved and ready to go

    We upload the final decision — visa approval letter, bank IBAN, signed contract or certified translation — to your dashboard. Milestone 3 is settled and you're set.
