Objectives

What this project set out to do

Expand digital reach

Build a modern, multi-language e-commerce platform that makes StuVisa's student visa, banking, housing and related services accessible to candidates in Portugal, Spain and key source markets.

Streamline service delivery

Replace manual intake and document handling with secure online orders, milestone-based payments and a customer dashboard that keeps students informed at every step.

Strengthen international presence

Position StuVisa as a trusted, scalable digital provider for student mobility services across the Iberian Peninsula and beyond.

Ensure compliance & transparency

Operate under clear public-funding disclosure rules, with permanent project information, partner logos and contact details published and maintained for the required duration.

Results

Outcomes achieved so far

  • Launched a responsive e-commerce storefront at stuvisa.com with service catalog, cart and secure checkout.
  • Deployed a customer dashboard for document upload, order tracking and milestone-based communication.
  • Implemented an admin backoffice for order management, staff administration and quality guardrails.
  • Established public funding disclosure and partner visibility in line with Orientação Técnica nº 5/2021.
